As President and Shareholder of KB Pension Services, Inc. (KBPS), Mr. Chiaro is a retirement plan consultant and is responsible for plan administration and business development. Biography
Mr. Chiaro joined KBPS in 2005. He has extensive experience in the retirement planning industry. He was admitted as a shareholder in 2011 and became president of KBPS in 2016.

Education
Mr. Chiaro earned his B.B.A. in General Business from Eastern Michigan University.

Organizational Involvement
Mr. Chiaro is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. He also represents KB Pension Services as a member firm of The Cerrado Group, a national association of independently owned retirement plan consulting and third-party administration firms.

Mr. Chiaro holds the designations of Certified Pension Consultant, Qualified Pension Administrator, and Qualified 401(k)

Areas of Practice
As Manager of Administration of KB Pension Services, Inc. (KBPS), Ms. Harris supervises and supports the staff with day to day pension administration and annual government reporting and compliance.

Biography
Ms. Harris joined KBPS in March of 2016 with over 25 years of experience in working with all aspects of ERISA qualified retirement plans. Prior to joining KBPS, Ms. Harris held various leadership roles with small to mid-sized Third Party Plan Administrators throughout the Midwest and Southeast Region. The last position held was as an Account Executive for a small Third Party Administrator overseeing compliance, plan administration, and implementation.

Education
Ms. Harris earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science/Psychology from Minnesota State University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.

Ms. Harris is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Licenses/Certifications
Ms. Harris holds the designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

His focus areas include creative work resource generation, non-discrimination plan review, senior level administration and support to team members.

Mr. Bryant joined KBPS in 2024. He has extensive experience in the retirement planning industry, starting back in 2014.

Mr. Bryant earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from University of North Texas.
